Personalised videos and messages
Your card is held, not charged, until the creator delivers. If they decline or miss the deadline, the hold is released automatically.
Calls and webinars
Bookings can't be cancelled or refunded by the buyer. You can move a call to another open time from your booking page, up to the creator's notice period (shown on your booking). If the creator needs to move your call, we'll email you the new time and you can pick another. If the call can't happen or the creator doesn't turn up, contact support and we'll refund you in full. Refunds are handled by BigDawg.
Digital products
Because you get instant access, purchases are final unless the file is faulty or not as described. Contact support and we'll help.
