Terms of service

The service

BigDawg gives independent creators a page, scheduling and checkout to sell 1:1 calls, webinars, digital products, personalised videos and paid messages. Creators sell their own services and products. BigDawg is not a party to the sale between a creator and a buyer, and doesn't employ, endorse or guarantee creators.

Accounts

You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for everything done through your account. One person or business per creator account.

Creators

• You're responsible for what you sell and deliver, for describing it honestly, and for having the rights to anything you upload, including content you import from other platforms such as Topmate.
• You must deliver what you sell: attend calls and webinars on time, deliver videos and messages before the deadline shown, and provide working files.
• Imported reviews are shown as "Imported from Topmate" with a link to the source. Don't edit or invent reviews.
• You're responsible for your own taxes, including GST where it applies, and for any licences your work needs.
• To withdraw your earnings, you must give us your PAN and bank details and we must verify them. You can start selling before that; your earnings are kept in your BigDawg balance until you withdraw them.

Fees and payouts

BigDawg charges creators 2% of each sale. Card and payment processing fees are passed on at cost and shown on each statement. Buyers pay no BigDawg fee. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any fee increase.

Buyers pay BigDawg, and your share of each sale is added to your balance once the sale is complete (after the session, or once the download or reply is delivered). You choose when to withdraw it; we send it to the bank account you verified, usually within 2 working days. For personalised videos and messages, the buyer's payment is held and only charged when you deliver.

If a sale is refunded or charged back after it reached your balance, we deduct it from your balance, which can go below zero until new sales cover it. We may hold withdrawals for refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.

Buyers

• You're buying from the creator, who is responsible for delivering. Our refund policy explains when you're refunded.
• Don't send abusive, hateful, sexual, harassing or illegal requests. Creators can decline any request and block buyers.
• Digital products and recordings are licensed to you for personal use only, unless the creator says otherwise.

What's not allowed

• Anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing someone else's rights.
• Sexual content, hate, harassment, threats, or content that exploits minors.
• Regulated advice you're not qualified to give, such as medical or legal advice presented as professional services without the right qualifications.
• Taking payments outside BigDawg for bookings made through BigDawg, spam, scraping BigDawg, or trying to break or overload the service.

We may remove content, refund buyers, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give BigDawg a licence to host, show and process it only to run and promote your page and the service (for example, showing your page in search results or category pages). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies we must keep by law or that buyers have already bought.

Third-party services

BigDawg relies on Razorpay, Google, Supabase and others. Their terms also apply when you use them through BigDawg, for example Razorpay's terms for payments and payouts, and Google's terms if you connect Google Calendar.

Availability and changes

We work to keep BigDawg running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell creators at least 14 days before the change applies.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, BigDawg isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what creators and buyers do, and our total liability to a creator in any 12 months is limited to the fees we charged that creator in that period.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing us; open orders must be delivered or refunded first. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put buyers, creators or BigDawg at risk.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there. Please contact us first; most problems can be fixed quickly.
